[Triangle-AR] riding

Brian and I were planning to do an easy ride/run Sunday morning 8am.  A last
push prior to SMAR.  Sorry I forgot to include you on the email, you are
more than welcome to join us.  

I am going to ride home from work tonight.  So, I'll probably get in another
road ride tomorrow for vehicle pickup.
