[Triangle-AR] nav training this weekend

Don,
Saturday sounds great. I will get directions to the park, and I have got a 
bike to bring, so I should be up for whatever.  Please let me know if there 
is anything that you would like me to bring besides a standard compass.  
Also, if you could let me know what kind of distances are involved in this 
o-course so I could get a better idea of how long I'll be out or what to 
bring, that would be great.  Also, what time did you want to meet at the 
park? Thanks so much.
