[Triangle-AR] nav training this weekend

Hi everyone,

Enough lurking, let's get the AR community in the Triangle up and moving!

I'll be doing some nav training at Bond Park in Cary Saturday morning,
using their permanent O-course. If anyone is interested in coming along,
shoot me an email. I can provide the maps and am willing to instruct if
you want a refresher or tips. I'm not looking to make it a bike training
event, but I'll be arriving by bike so we could work it like a bike-O
event. My emphasis will be on navigation and map skills, not
riding/running hard.

Also a reminder, BOK is holding an orienteering meet on the north side of
Umstead on Sunday. It's a great opportunity to practice your nav skills.
