[Triangle-AR] upcoming events

 Hey guys what's up....in addition to the Pain in the Pisgah...which I am 
trying to make...given difficulty getting off work.....(still 
trying)....could one of ya'll add these two club supported events to the 
website so we can generate some interest.

June 18th, Umstead Enduro, 6pm to midnight....(sport) 20 miles...(expert) 
40 miles...(cyclocross) 40 miles.....the ride will require front and rear 
lights....visit www.trianglecyclopaths.com for upcoming registration and 
other information.   (this is a joint venture with Trianglecyclopaths.com) 
  $30.00 entry fee.

Sept 25, 9-1-1 Adventure Challenge (formerly the CPFOA Adv race)...Umstead 
State Park/Lake Crabtree Park, 4am check-in...6am start...SOLO, TWO and 
FOUR person teams may compete.   Separate categories for Emergency 
Services teams with awards provided by the Carolina Police and Fire Games. 
   Disciplines include MTB, Trekking, Life Vest Swim, trail running and 
orienteering course.  Visit www.ambushadventuresports.com for more info. 
Registration will open soon for this event.    $60.00 per team member
(this is a  joint venture with Ambush).....Sponsors so far include Hammer, 
Rainshield.com and Olympic Uniforms. 


With that said.....what I think we could do is decide on having some of us 
race and the others work the events so we can represent the team as 
well......two of us could race the Enduro and then field a DUO for the 
9-1-1 race as well....


I will send out some results and pics soon from the SC Adventure race and 
the San-Lee 6 that Brian and I raced in on Saturday so that they can be 
posted as well.....
