A training race date has been set by popular demand for July 2nd.....start 
time 4pm...MEETING AT LOWER PARKING AREA OF 1000 WINSTEAD DRIVE..(OLD IBM 
HIGHRISE OFF WESTON PARKWAY)........maps/cluebook will be 
provided....expected to be 6+ hours with nightime riding and navigation 
included.....points will be pre-plotted on and off trail......so that more 
time will be spent on course.....more info will be coming including 
details of the possible swim section if approved.

Gear list....Okay you will be running/hiking at night= headlamp
                     And riding at night...SINGLETRACK....decent front 
bike light...recommend rear red light also
             Compass/Waterproof Map case....
                     Bike lock...there will be points on the course where 
you will briefly leave the bikes to seek points....
             Somethin' to carry all your stuff in....oh yeah water and 
stuff to eat/drink...

Any combination is welcome to take part...would like to know in advance if 
you are coming to get a map count........maps are generic topo and or park 
maps with trails marked
