[Triangle-AR] Mtn bike at shearon harris Saturday, 8 a.m.

I know it's early in the week, but for scheduling purposes maybe that's a
good thing.  Brian and I are meeting Saturday at 8 a.m. to ride the Harris
Lake trails.  Who knows, maybe we'll even throw in a short run.   I'm very
out of shape as I am still trying to get over this knee issue so it probably
won't be a super fast pace!
