[Triangle-AR] O-meet next Sunday

Hi all,

The last BOK orienteering meet of the year is scheduled for next Sunday in
Umstead State Park. These meets are great opportunities to practice your
navigation and compass skills. If anyone would like to get together
beforehand for a refresher on map and compass navigation, please let me
know. I'll be glad to share what I know. It might also be nice to talk
after the meet to see where we had trouble, etc on the course.

Since you can't start the O-meet courses until noon, if anyone is
interested in doing some low-to-moderate intensity mtb riding beforehand,
let me know. We can turn this into a two-sport training session and take
advantage of the limited daylight hours we have this time of year.
