[Triangle-AR] Share the Road license plates

I'm not sure if this is well known or not, so I figured I'd send it out just in
case...

There is a new "Share the Road" license plate available soon in NC.  The cost is
an extra $30, but $20 of that will go the Division of Bicycle and Pedestrian
Transportation (DBPT) for bicycle education and safety initiatives.
