What's up guys...thought some of you might be interested in this...also if 
anyone is up for a ride this weekend it's supposed to be nice...Im 
available Sat. or Sunday a.m........Im going to do the Neuse River Rally 
next Saturday the 23rd....and just got suckered into doing the Save the 
World 18hr...two COPS from SC I know had a teammate drop out so since it's 
paid for Im going down there.........if anyone wants to do the San-Lee Six 
hour on May 7th let me know...Im going down so we could 
carpool.........let me know.....the back seems to be improving week to 
week......Sean glad to hear the knee is feeling better.....

3RD ANNUAL CYCLING CELEBRATION TAKES PLACE THIS WEEKEND IN CARY

CARY, NC –   Cyclists of all ages and abilities will roll into Cary for 
the 3rd Annual Cary Cycling Celebration this Sunday, April 17, 2005 from 8 
a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Fred G. Bond Metro Park, 801 High House Road in 
Cary.  This free event will feature maintenance workshops, product 
displays, mountain bike and road bike rides, an instructional rodeo for 
young riders, technique demonstrations, and bike registration.  Learn 
about cycling opportunities throughout Wake County and see the latest in 
cycling equipment. 

“This annual celebration is part of the Town of Cary’s commitment to 
encourage citizens of all ages to safely participate in cycling as a 
lifetime leisure activity as well as an alternate transportation mode,” 
said project coordinator Tony Clark.  “Cary has been called the Triangle’s 
Bike Friendliest Community and recognized nationally for our commitment to 
cycling.”

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES

8 a.m. - Information booths open, same day ride registration begins
9 a.m. - Road Tours depart 
9:30 a.m. - Bike Maintenance Workshops
9:45 a.m. - Trials Demonstration
10 a.m. - Sampler Tour departs 
10:15 a.m. - Mountain Bike Ride departs 
10:30 a.m. - Bike Maintenance Workshops 
11:30 a.m. - Bike Maintenance Workshops 
11:45 a.m. - Trials Demonstration
Noon - Mountain Bike Ride departs, Sampler Tour departs 
12:30 p.m. - Bike Maintenance Workshops
1-5 p.m. - Bicycle Rodeo for riders aged 6-12 
1:30 p.m. - Trials Demonstration
1:45 p.m. - Bike Maintenance Workshops 
2 p.m. - Mountain Bike Ride departs, Sampler Tour departs 
2:45 p.m. - Bike Maintenance Workshops
3 p.m. - Trials Demonstration
4 p.m.  - Bike Maintenance Workshops
