[Triangle-AR] Help Needed

As an add on....

I plan on doing a 2 hour trek or so sometime this weekend, at New Hope 
Jordan Lake, which is exit 81 on US 1 heading south from Cary/Raleigh. 
  There are about 6 miles of trails there that are very nice and a bit 
hilly.

I'll have my daughter on my back in a pack, but we normally hike 
pretty fast and do some running, though that depends on her mood a 
bit.  Somedays she wants me to run and somedays she doesn't!

Anyway, I can go anytime Saturday or Sunday afternoon, so if anyone is 
interested let me know and we'll set up a time.
