[Triangle-AR] Sunday training Raleigh

The race is over and its time to go back to work.....we are meeting at 8am
Sunday in the Harrison Ave entrance to Umstead for some running and biking,
as usual look for the Blue x-terra......training cancelled if the summer
storms should hit.
