Hey all...hope everyone is trying to stay reasonably fit...check out
trianglemtb.com for night rides in the area...I am nearing the date to have
a minor back surgery done for torn disc that will put me down for about 4=6
weeks...that coupled with hernia surgery Nov 29th and you can guess what
Ive been doing....anyways...maybe this will give somebody some motivation
to pick a race and train........
